Delivery Times
All orders placed before 5pm will be shipped the following day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day.

We offer free shipping on all orders for delivery within Australia when you spend $25.00 or more. 

Australia and New Zealand
Metropolitan Sydney 1-2 days
Rural areas in NSW 2-3 days
Metropolitan areas in Capital cities in all other States 2-3 days
Rural areas in all other States 3-4 days
New Zealand 3-10 days

International Orders
Any orders outside of Australia or New Zealand are expected to be delivered within 5-15 business days.

Your orders are shipped using Australia Post. Once an order has left LITTLE URCHIN, it is in the care of Australia Post. Any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. LITTLE URCHIN is not liable for any errors made by these services. 

LITTLE URCHIN is not liable for any lost deliveries not made when the Standard Shipping Without Tracking option is selected.

Delivery times may vary during sales and public holidays. 

International Orders – Duties and Taxes
The buyer or receiver is solely responsible for all duties, fees, taxes or applicable charges relating to the package.

Correct Information
Please ensure you provide us with the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of incorrect shipping details, and parcels returned because of incorrect shipping information will incur extra shipping charges to re-post.

Returns and Exchanges
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Because of hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

We do not refund the cost of shipping for lost or stolen packages. These cases include providing an incorrect address and your order is lost or stolen, failing to pick-up a package that has gone undeliverable or packages where no one is at home to accept and your shipment is returned.

Faulty Items and Refunds
Please choose your purchase carefully as all sales are final. Because of hygiene reasons, no returns or exchanges on any product will be accepted unless the items are faulty or the incorrect item has been shipped to you.

We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. Faulty items must be reported within 7 business days following delivery. Please email us at hello@littleurchin.com.au to report a faulty item. All products must be returned in the original condition, with a copy of the original invoice included.

Once a return item has been received by LITTLE URCHIN, your money will be refunded to the Credit Card account used for the purchase within 3 business days.

Please keep in mind that the products you are buying are 100% natural so they tend to have variations from batch to batch (slight changes in colour for example). Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.
