I am allergic to a lot of ingredients in skincare; Benzoates, parfum, bee products, lanolin, limolene and essential oils. So I really struggle to find any sunscreen that does not have any of the above ingredients. Which is really hard because Australian rules for sunscreen dictate that manufactures are not obliged to list the full ingredient list.
However, little Urchin does list their full ingredients. They are very transparent about what is in their sunscreens. Because of my allergies I can only wear physical sunscreens - zinc based ones. Little Urchin natural face sunscreen SPF 50 clear zinc is my favorite and I am so grateful that there is a sunscreen option for me.
It is quite thick, that is the nature of zinc based sunscreens. It goes on clear and stays on the skin for hours. Which is great because you know it hasn't rubbed off and you are still protected from the radiation. It doesn't give me any rashes and my skin tolerates it really well.
I love little Urchin and I used it daily in Perth WA.
If you have sensitive skin or a skin conditions like eczema or you just want a natural sunscreen, then I highly recommend this one.
